Gilbert, AZ – The home game versus Chaparral was overall an intense game. The beginning of the game was a shaky start for the Black Hawks. By the end of the first quarter Williams Field was losing 3-7. By minute 10:51 of the second quarter Williams Field had no such luck with the score, 3-13. But soon after, at minute 9:54 the Black Hawks had a moment of serendipity when they scored, resulting in a score of 10-14. After the marching band performance at halftime, the crowd went wild because they knew that their team would regain control and DOMINATE! At the start of the fourth quarter Williams Field was winning 38-14. That last five minutes was when the team really peaked in performance. The Black Hawks pushed until the very end, letting the Chaparral Firebirds go home with a score of 40-21 Williams Field.
